Assessment Information:
Lesson quizzes of 5 questions and module quizzes of 10 questions will be conducted. All participants are required to obtain a pass rate of 80% for each quiz.
Participants are also required to appear for the final exam of 30 questions. Participants must obtain a pass rate of 70% to successfully complete the focus four hazards course.
